At Affirm Rise Repeat Designs we want you to love everything you receive from us. Because we offer three different types of products — handcrafted journals, print-on-demand items, and digital downloads — our return and refund policy varies by product type. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Handcrafted Journals

Our journals are handmade to order in our Pennsylvania studio. Because each journal is individually crafted for you we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund if your journal:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Has a significant production defect such as misprinted cover, binding failure, or missing pages
  • Is the wrong item — you received a different journal than what you ordered

To request a return or replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Email support@affirmriserepeat.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect
  • We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
  • If approved we will send a prepaid return shipping label and arrange your replacement or refund
Please inspect your journal upon arrival and contact us right away if there is an issue. We cannot process claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

Our POD products — including mugs, totes, phone cases, notepads, wall art, and apparel — are made to order specifically for you by our fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom produced we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color perception differences between screens and physical products.

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Has a significant print quality issue such as major color distortion or misalignment
  • Is the wrong item — you received a different product than what you ordered

To request a return or replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Email support@affirmriserepeat.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange your replacement or refund
We strongly recommend double-checking your size selection and reviewing product descriptions carefully before placing your order. Size exchanges cannot be accommodated as each item is made to order.

Digital Downloads

All digital download sales are final. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed we do not offer refunds on digital products.

Before purchasing a digital download please ensure:

  • You have reviewed the product description and preview images carefully
  • You understand the file format and have the software needed to open it
  • You are purchasing for personal use only — commercial use is not permitted

Exceptions — we will issue a refund on a digital product if:

  • The file is corrupted and cannot be opened after multiple download attempts
  • You were charged but did not receive a download link
  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same product

If you experience any technical issues with your download please contact us at support@affirmriserepeat.com before requesting a refund and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If any product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered we will make it right — no questions asked. Please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Inspect your order upon arrival
  • Step 2: Take clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • Step 3: Email support@affirmriserepeat.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos
  • Step 4: We will respond within 1–2 business days with your options — replacement or full refund
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something is not right we want to know about it and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Refund Processing

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved please contact us at support@affirmriserepeat.com

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Handcrafted journals or POD products returned without prior approval
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition due to customer handling or use
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code (unless damaged or defective)
  • Gift cards

Items Sent Back Without Approval

Please do not send items back to us without first contacting us and receiving return approval. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without a prepaid return label from us.

Exchanges

Because our handcrafted journals and POD products are made to order we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product the fastest solution is:

  • Return your eligible item following the process above
  • Once your return is approved and your refund is processed place a new order for the item you would like
