Thank you for supporting Affirm Rise Repeat Designs! We are a small woman-owned business and we take great pride in every product we make and ship.
About Our Products
Affirm Rise Repeat Designs offers three types of products, each with different fulfillment timelines:
- Handcrafted journals — made by hand in our Pennsylvania studio using sublimation printing and professional bookbinding
- Print-on-demand (POD) products — mugs, totes, phone cases, notepads, wall art, and apparel fulfilled through our POD partner
- Digital downloads — instant delivery, no shipping required
Order Processing Time
Processing time is the time between when you place your order and when it ships.

Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working toward offering international shipping in the future.

Actual shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
POD Product Shipping
Print-on-demand products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our POD partner's facility. Delivery times are in addition to the 2–5 business day processing time.
- Standard delivery: 5–8 business days after processing
- Expedited options may be available at checkout for select products
- Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. No shipping is required.
- You will receive a download link immediately after payment is confirmed
- Download links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High order volume during holidays or sales events
- Carrier delays including weather, volume, or service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
- Supply delays affecting handcrafted journal production
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Affirm Rise Repeat Designs is not responsible for carrier-related delays. We will do everything we can to help resolve any shipping issues.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you realize you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at support@affirmriserepeat.com. We will do our best to update your order if it has not yet shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
- Handcrafted journals: shipped via USPS with tracking
- POD products: tracking provided by our fulfillment partner
- Digital downloads: no tracking — delivered instantly to your email
Lost or Damaged Orders
We want every Affirm Rise Repeat Designs product to arrive safely and in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Email us at support@affirmriserepeat.com with your order number and a photo of the damage if applicable
- We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund
- Affirm Rise Repeat Designs is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
International Shipping
Some digital products may be available for international purchase. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees on any future international orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
